Hamilton Local Nivanah Gallagher began planning her dream wedding to fiance (now husband) Riley in March 2020. The wedding was planned for February 2021 and the first major decision to be made was the location and venue for the reception. After researching various options in and around Hamilton Nivanah decided on a marquee wedding at a lifestyle block at Horsham Downs.

Initially Nivanah was a little worried about the level of planning and sourcing involved in a marquee wedding given everything must be transported to site, but she had envisioned a bespoke experience which was highly personalised, and a marquee wedding would allow that.

Nivanah began to investigate wedding and marquee hire specialists and soon realised that she had a connection through family to The X-Site Group. The setup of the wedding reception at Horsham Downs went to plan and Nivanah was relieved to be able to enjoy her special day as a bride without having to worry about any issues with the setup. She was highly complementary of the X-Site team whilst on site for the setup,

"When it came to the setup the X-Site staff were fantastic, we felt like we'd known them for ages and there was a lot of trust. They really knew what they were doing and constantly checked that things were exactly as we wanted, attention to detail in a wedding is so important."

Nivanah and Riley's bespoke marquee wedding was a true celebration of love amongst friends and family, ran very smoothly and was a big hit with the guests. Nivanah couldn't have been happier and counted the seamless delivery of the event by X-Site as a key factor to the day's success. Guest feedback of the event very much reflected her own sentiments, Nivanah shares,

"After attending our wedding, some of our engaged friends were so impressed that they decided to scrap their venue wedding arrangements and have since planned their own special day as a marquee wedding with X-Site.
